Summer 2020 – Week 6

Week 6 is Here!!

We have a special treat in store for you this week. We are featuring the 7th Grade Program’s Peach Cake usually cooked over the fire at primitive camp.

Please join us in watching our leader Lindsay Anderson and her son Knox lead us in making this special dish in our own oven!

Hi Camp Wekiva!

During our 7th grade primitive camping experience we teach our campers to cook meals over the fire.

One of our favorite things to make is the Dutch Oven Peach Cake.

I have modified this recipe slightly so you can make it at home in your oven!

Hope you enjoy this primitive treat!!

See you next year Wekiva!
