Through the generosity of Garden Clubs, Circles, and Members of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., we are able to offer a meaningful, environmental experience at an incredibly affordable cost.
Financial assistance is sometimes available for families that need help with part of the payment necessary to send a camper to Wekiva Youth Camp. Many Clubs and Circles also donate funds specifically to help a Camper get to Camp.
All prospective campers in financial need are eligible to apply.
At this time, financial assistance for Critter Camp or the Leaders In Training Program is not available.
How to apply
Assistance is for campers who are already registered for a camp session. See the Summer Schedule for sessions.
- From the family: your circumstances, how much you feel you can contribute, and your name, phone and email.
- From the camper: “Why I Would Like to Go to Camp,” with the camper’s name, birthdate and program.
Send both letters to wekivachairman@gmail.com by April 1. Applying for more than one child? Send separate letters for each.

No. We believe a strong sense of ownership and pride comes from contributing to the cost, so every family pays a portion of the fee.
Each application is reviewed individually, and aid is not necessarily need based. What you share helps staff decide the amount.
Appointed camp staff. All information is handled confidentially and kept secure. The Registrar will contact you with the outcome.
No. Applications and awards do not carry over, so please apply again each year.
