How to Help

wekivanaturalist1Wekiva Youth Camp is only possible with the generous support of Garden Clubs, Circles, Districts and individuals from around the state.  Our youth are fortunate to have access to this valuable environmental experience at a VERY reasonable cost.  Donations of time and talent allow us to guarantee quality programs and supervision. Financial assistance for Camperships, Programming, Supplies and Infrastructure Maintenance & Improvement is always welcome.  As a 501(c)3 charitable corporation, we qualify for many matching corporate gifts.  Please contact the Wekiva Youth Camp Chairman for details.

Donations for Unspecified Camperships, Buildings & Maintenance or General Support are always appreciated.  Please make your check payable to Wekiva Youth Camp and mail to FFGC Treasurer, Jana Walling, 2121 Olivia Drive, Tallahassee, FL  32308-6164.  If donating for a specific program or item, please specify in the Memo line of the check.

The Camp Wish List gives an idea of what types of items are needed for Wekiva Youth Camp.

Environmentally-concerned students from Grades 10 through College interested in Counselor or Staff positions are encouraged to contact the Wekiva Youth Camp Director for employment information.

Adult Volunteers are generally coordinated and scheduled through the Wekiva Youth Camp Chairman.
